fiddler wont let me copy headers without windows cert

i am far too tech illiterate to know what to do, i dont even know what to look for on google for help. all i know is that i cant import my pulls anymore

i followed the instructions. fiddler classic. https decrypt. it let my import my pulls before, but not anymore

trying to get into the discord server to see if i could get any help there got my discord account flagged for spam and i had to verify twice
