Change `Sign up for help` to `Join eco-friends`

Description

On the homepage there is the Sign up for help. It seems like it is a button that is going to connect you to a live agent. Let's change that. Change that button title to Join eco-friends

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to homepage. # You see the button there

Expected Behavior

• It should be changed to Join eco-friends.
