Create a Badge page to display list of badges

Description

On the userpage when the user clicks on the badges, it gets redirected to the homepage. We need to change that. We want to have a badges page that displays the list of badges for the userpage. For recommendations please check out Proposed solution

Proposed Solution

The following are proposed solutions for displaying the Badges page:

• Reuse the badges page component but for the volunteer.
• Create a new and elegant badges UI
