"Software" means the code, assets, and documentation in this repository.
"Contribution" means anything You submit to this or a related Eternal
Empires repository. "Official Project" means the Eternal Empires
Minecraft server and anything it or its trademark holder officially
operates or authorizes in writing.

You may view, use, copy, and modify the Software only for private,
non-commercial purposes on closed test/development systems not accessible
to the public. Any other use, including public servers, commercial use,
paid or ad-monetized services, or running a Minecraft server other than
the Official Project, is not permitted. Commercial use is reserved
exclusively for the Official Project.

By submitting a Contribution, You grant the trademark holder an exclusive,
worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable right
to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit the Contribution, to
the fullest extent permitted by law, and confirm You hold the rights to
grant this. The Contribution becomes part of the Software and is governed
by these same terms; no part of the Software may be used, extracted, or
licensed on different terms merely because it originates from a
Contribution rather than from the trademark holder.

"Eternal Empires" and its branding remain the trademark holder's property;
this license grants no right to use them beyond describing the Software's
origin.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TRADEMARK HOLDER AND CONTRIBUTORS
ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE, EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED
BY INTENT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY.

This license terminates automatically upon breach; You must then stop
using the Software and destroy all copies. Governed by German law,
excluding conflict-of-law rules.
