How to control the MuJoCo render window's rendering FPS?

My monitor is 180hz, it seems reach the refresh rate, but I want to limit to 60 or 30. I mean the rendering FPS, NOT THE simulation frame rate (physics step per second).

I think it should be fixed to 60 FPS so I'm surprised that its changing,
