FUSED GAMING Community Code of Conduct

Our Commitment

FUSED GAMING is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone in our community—regardless of experience level, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or nationality.

Expected Behavior

Be Respectful

  • Treat all community members with respect and consideration
  • Assume good intentions; approach disagreements constructively
  • Provide constructive feedback, not personal attacks

Be Helpful

  • Share knowledge and help others learn
  • Answer questions patiently, especially for newcomers
  • Acknowledge when you don't know something

Be Professional

  • Keep discussions on-topic and relevant
  • Use appropriate language; avoid excessive profanity
  • Respect privacy; don't share others' personal information

Be Honest

  • Don't spread misinformation or FUD
  • Disclose conflicts of interest when relevant
  • Report bugs and vulnerabilities responsibly

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated:

  • Harassment: Including offensive comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, or unwanted attention
  • Discrimination: Based on any protected characteristic
  • Spam: Unsolicited promotions, referral links, or repetitive content
  • Scams: Phishing attempts, fake giveaways, or fraudulent schemes
  • Doxxing: Publishing others' private information without consent
  • Abuse: Personal attacks, threats, or violent language
  • Disruption: Intentionally derailing discussions or trolling

Security & Safety

Wallet Safety

  • NEVER share your private keys or seed phrases
  • Team members will NEVER ask for your private keys
  • Be skeptical of DMs offering "support" or "airdrops"

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability:

  1. Do NOT post publicly
  2. Email security@vln.gg with details
  3. Allow reasonable time for remediation
  4. See our Security Policy for bounty information

Enforcement

Reporting

Report violations by:

All reports are reviewed confidentially.

Consequences

Violations may result in:

  1. Warning: First-time minor violations
  2. Temporary Ban: Repeated or moderate violations
  3. Permanent Ban: Severe violations or continued misbehavior

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error:

  • Email appeals@fusedgaming.com
  • Include relevant context and your perspective
  • Appeals are reviewed by senior team members

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to:

  • GitHub Discussions, Issues, and PRs
  • Discord and other official community spaces
  • Public spaces when representing FUSED GAMING
  • Direct interactions with community members

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant.
