 This is the Genomon RNAseq software package.

 Genomon RNAseq includes a number of modules for analyzing whole transcriptome sequencing data, such as alignments of, gene fusion detection (Genomon-fusion).

 For an immediate and efficient use, parallelized version of Genomon RNAseq is installed on the Human Genome Center (HGC) supercomputer system at The University of Tokyo.
