[Palm / Gnome] Incorrectly rendered or missing Palm icons

Description

Hello, it seems like Palm apps don't quite show up on my machine. I see two types of issues:

• Palm OS PRC icons rendering incorrectly
• Palm OS PRC icons for applications that do have icons not being picked up or rendered at all

With rpcli and KDE, PocketC.prc shows the following icon:

McPhling4.prc doesn't have an icon, so the file browser is showing an icon based on the MIME type. For whatever reason, it's detected as application/x-mobipocket-ebook on most systems instead of e.g. application/vnd.palm, which is why it shows an ebook icon.

I'll have to set up a VM environment to test Nautilus properly, since it's not working with my current setup due to bwrap.
