wlan0 disabled after pyaccesspoint stop

`sudo pyaccesspoint -v -w wlan0'

stop:

'sudo pyaccesspoint -v -w wlan0'

After the stop action is run wlan0 is disabled until reboot.

I'm having similar issue on Raspberry Pi.
That happens because wpa_supplicant is terminated in process of starting AP point.
After stopping AP point it's needed to restart wpa_supplicant in order to use wifi again.
wpa_supplicant -B -c/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf -i wlan0

@F1Andrew unfortunately, I can check it only on Debian 10.12. It was the last release on my OrangePi Plus.

Can you make a PR, that solves this issue?
