How to set the value for **library** in Front matter

Can you help me to define library: in the Frontmatter? Does it go like this:

library: "css/example.scss" ?

Or should I set the value in params.toml first?

[page.library.css]
someCSS = "css/example.scss"

and set library: someCSS

I tried both and it produces error:

Update:

I think the correct set-up should be:

library:
  css:
    someCSS: "css/example.scss"

But I don't see the page has used my custom CSS file (yet?)
Any help is appreciated.

Correction: the file should be CSS:

library:
  css:
    someCSS: "css/example.css"

Now my page uses this custom CSS over default global one.
