Problem / Motivation
PI does this, as well as cursor and claudecode.
I deem it an important customization method.
Goal: Make a skill user-only so the model cant invoke it automatically.
For example the matt pocock skillset uses this extensively.
I think in generall the skills could be made much more valuable, for example look at the features
in the hermes agent: https://hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/docs/user-guide/features/skills
You dont need all of them but a few are really handy.
Of course the LLM implicitly can use those fields already, but i would like a failsafe implementation in code.
