Is it possible for Harden System Security to re-enable Smart App Control if it was previously disabled.

In later Beta builds of Windows this is already possible although previously it used to be that if you turned it off, the only way to get it back was by re-installing the OS. I am wondering if Harden System Security can jump the gun and allow users to turn on Smart App Control before the beta build reaches stable.

If it's in Insider builds that probably requires platform changes which aren't available in stable builds so i don't see how it'd be possible to do it prematurely
