How to debug IBAMR install?

I see a problem during the IBAMR install with error for installing the Silo, does anyone can help?
Further, it is runned in the cluster> How to set the specific cluster numbers, jobs, etc?

Hi Yongxiang, Can you send the errors (copying the terminal output) to the IBAMR mailing list (cc'd here)?. The instructions for building IBAMR and third party libraries are given over here: https://ibamr.github.io/building. To execute the code in parallel use mpirun -np 128 ./main3d input3d.cyl The instructions are given on the cfd-mpc-wecs page (Point 5 section 1): https://github.com/IBAMR/cfd-mpc-wecs
