Description
Some of the benchmarks that can be submitted via nexus could be using a dedicated actuator that requires an actuatorconfiguration for the benchmark to be executed.
We need to define:
- A method for caching
actuatorconfiguration instances on the cluster for "default" actuators (e.g., vllm-performance, sfttrainer)
- A protocol for people using their own custom actuator to provide an
actuatorconfiguration to be used for their benchmarks
