Where is the current version?

I have Vector v2.0 (3028) which now shows an update notification in the UI. Clearing the cache and data of Shell does not remove it. The latest release here is 3021. I don't remember where I got 3028 from which contains API 101.
Tapping on the Telegram link in the app leads to the LSposed channel, not to Vector. (Please, remove or update the link.)
Why does Vector show the update notification, where is the latest Vector version with API 101 and how to get rid of the notification?

Found new version in Actions, removes update notification.
