Information Panel: File Uploader Functionality

Currently, neither the transcription nor image file uploaders will actually take any of the files uploaded to them and write them into memory. While the image uploader can easily be linked (it is mentioned as a substep of #18), there are still some problems to work out.

• Make file uploaders file format exclusionary (accepting only formats of specified types)
  • Image Uploader
  • Transcript Uploader
• Make a save function for the transcript uploader
