What is the feature?

Implement adapter/model quirk for Eurotronic Spirit Z-Wave valve control.

Description

Eurotronic Spirit Z-Wave thermostats (and various clones) support valve control only when in a special Manufacturer specific thermostat mode. Temperature setpoint is disabled in this mode an only the valve opening value in percent can be set via a separate entity.
