Can't get it to work

Can't get this to work on my dathost server, I create the welcome folders and add in the .json file before extracting the ZIP then it just doesn't work.

Have you noticed the operating system for which the release is compiled?
Also, please note that I have not updated the kernel yet, that is counterstrikesharp.dll currently there are 142 versions in the archive, I advise you to rebuild the plugin for a new one

Let me add that the json config file is created automatically when the server is turned on.
