[BUG]: Hotkeys not working for bluetooth keyboard #125

Description

@Strix-Vyxlor

Describe the bug
I have set up a set of hotkeys for use with komorebi, these work fine with the built-in keyboard
of my laptop. I have now fixed my Bluetooth issues and am able to use my zmk keyboard.
But none of the hotkeys seem to work.

It may be of interest that I am overriding system shortcuts.

  • win + r
  • win + a
  • win + s
  • win + d
  • win + t

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. create and start whkd
  2. pair bluetooth device (these 2 may be reversed)
  3. see that hotkeys work on builtin (usb?) and not on bluetooth keyboard.

Expected behavior
Hotkeys work on every keyboard, independent of connection interface.
