Describe the bug
I have set up a set of hotkeys for use with komorebi, these work fine with the built-in keyboard
of my laptop. I have now fixed my Bluetooth issues and am able to use my zmk keyboard.
But none of the hotkeys seem to work.
It may be of interest that I am overriding system shortcuts.

- win + t
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- create and start whkd
- pair bluetooth device (these 2 may be reversed)
- see that hotkeys work on builtin (usb?) and not on bluetooth keyboard.
Expected behavior
