Where team/capacity gaps fit in StrategyOS #10

Description

@flyoung588

I'm Ray, a founder working in an adjacent solo-founder tooling space. Genuine question, not a pitch.

I read through the StrategyOS README and the authority split stood out: Strategist builds candidate truth, Gap Definer destroys/validates/decides, and Governor resolves what cannot be computed. The outputs are very cleanly scoped too: Hypothesis Register, Gap Register, then an execution queue consumed by RevenueOS / StyleOS / EngineeringOS.

One thing I noticed: the Gap Register names market, competitive, segment, and awareness gaps, but not really “capacity” or “missing-human” gaps. For solo founders, that seems like a common place where validation turns into a hard blocker: the strategy may be clear, but execution depends on finding a technical cofounder, contributor, designer, or first engineer.

My question: when StrategyOS produces an execution queue that the solo founder cannot execute alone, do you think that should be represented as a first-class gap in StrategyOS, or is that intentionally outside the validation layer?

A short reply is plenty.
