[Request] Add support for per track Panning for sources

First of all, thank you for this, great work! This seems to be the best fit in a project i am working on.

I noticed that there doesn't seem to be support for master and per source panning? I can't seem to find anything related to it in the docs and the code. I believe alongside the pitch shift this would also be considered an essential, it would be great if support is added.
