After the vue3-compat layer is removed, we should perform an audit to ensure that all vue2 era dependencies are no longer included.

- Remove any direct Vue 2-era dependencies including:
- BootstrapVue-related plugins
portal-vue- old Jest adapters
- any related transitive workarounds.
