[macOS] When application is in fullscreen mode, dialogs are fullscreen/tabbed

Description

If Pinta is running fullscreen, then it seems like any dialog (eg. Resize Image) will then be shows also as fullscreen, rather than as a separate pop-up dialog

To Reproduce

On macOS, launch Pinta
Click on the green button to make it full screen
Go to Image, Resize image
