Phase 1 of the open-standard epic #51. Publish this repo to the skills.sh registry so any .agents/skills/-reading harness can install skills via npx skills add VeryGoodOpenSource/vgv-ai-flutter-plugin.

Depends on Phase 0 portability prep (MCP guards, namespacing, arg fallbacks). Low-cost: repo already exposes skills/<name>/SKILL.md, and skills.sh reads our existing .claude-plugin/ manifest, so no restructure needed.

Requirements

• Phase 0 portability prep complete
• Repo listed on skills.sh
• npx skills add verified to install skills into .agents/skills/
• All CI/CD checks are passing.
• There is no drop in the test coverage percentage.

There is no work needed to be done in order to release in skills.sh

Skills appear on the leaderboard automatically through anonymous telemetry when users run npx skills add <owner/repo>. Once your skill is installed by users, it will be tracked and appear in the rankings based on its installation count.

It may take some time to update their leaderboard. I will update this issue in a couple of hours

I have installed vgv skills using npx skills add VeryGoodOpenSource/very_good_ai_flutter_plugin

Let me share the steps I've done here:

1. First select skill to install (all from very_good_ai_flutter_plugin)

2. Select AI agents to install to(Claude Code and others)

3. Installation scope (global or project)

4. Method (symlink or copy to each ai agent folder)

Finally, the folder structure will be similar to this:

And if you run claude and /skills you would see those skills installed locally from npx skills (also others from plugins):

There seems to be an improvement with skills.sh to add skills discoverability, they talk about Plugin Manifest Discovery

If .claude-plugin/marketplace.json or .claude-plugin/plugin.json exists, skills declared in those files are also discovered

"skills": ["./skills/review", "./skills/test"] must be added to our marketplace in order to let skills be discovered and installed.
