fix: very_good_cli MCP 'test' tool hangs

Description

when claude code tries to run tests during /build phase, process hangs:

very_good test runs successfully on my terminal tho

Expected Behavior

claude code runs very_good test via mcp and process doesn't hang

Hey 👋 Can you confirm if this issue is still present? There was a bug in Flutter that made some tests hang, which might have caused this.

i'm running vgv cli v1.2.0

@sergiossm @ryzizub Wouldn't it be a thing to fix at vgv-ai-flutter-plugin? Wingspan is tech-agnostic, it doesn't know anything about Flutter, so it delegates that command execution to the Flutter plugin https://github.com/VeryGoodOpenSource/vgv-ai-flutter-plugin/blob/main/skills/testing/SKILL.md
And the configuration there says to use commands dart test or flutter test, while we should say to use mcp commands instead.
The hook at the Flutter plugin will avoid calling direct commands and force the use of mcp. I think that would fix this
