Import CSV - Products - Never uploads

I've been trying to import a CSV file of products for a few days now and for some reason it simply never uploads.
I've tried different encoding, smaller files and yet it still refuses to upload a single product.
If I try to upload just a few lines it decides for some reason the encoding is wrong
The imported file is in a different encoding than it was selected (ASCII)

Otherwise it simply states: Your import has been scheduled and will start within 15 minutes. You will receive an email after import is completed and sits on "Running" with no error message or changes.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Solved - The issue was due to timing out
