Rotate selections by click and drag

I would like the image to rotate objects in smaller increments (preferably 1 degree). Maybe you could use a similar UI as Google products do. Thanks for your help.

Since this isn't an MS Paint feature, I can't promise when it will be added, but it is a good suggestion.
