Add additional user facing documentation

We need to add some additional user facing documentation around things like creating Workflows etc.

Here are some things which could use suitable documentation for anyone who might have to create a workflow:

• document using Minio within a workflow - adding a trusted TLS cert, correct internal address etc
• How to create a workflow by adding one to the IaC
• How to allow GPU usage

there are examples of these in provided workflows, but they should be much more openly documented.
