Error in logs when no results exist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow set up wiki
2. Use url/dashboard to submit URLs
3. Reload url/dashboard

Expected
Results (if available)

Actual
No Data for each Chrome Channel.  Logs show the following errors:
