Help! Mistakenly moved all files into Trash - and I don't know where they originated

As the title says, I did a search for Local (the application) and once it was listed in Pearcleaner, I hastily selected it for removal... I assumed that it pulled related files, but it collected all files with the word "local" in the file name, which is at least 100 files that originate in multiple folders and applications, which naturally I have no idea which ones. I tried but was unable to restore or undo the move in Pearcleaner nor Trash. I've since moved the folder out of the Trash/Recycle Bin but am at a loss as to what to do next - and I'm afraid that many unintended consequences across many apps will result.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
