Shell completions don't work

Please provide a set of steps on how to reproduce the issue

source <(grype-db completion bash)
# complete: usage: complete [-abcdefgjksuv] [-pr] [-DEI] [-o option] [-A action] [-G globpat] [-W wordlist] [-F function] [-C command] [-X filterpat] [-P prefix] [-S suffix] [name ...]

Typing grype-db and pressing TAB results in a few more errors.

What happened:

Error message shown.

What you expected to happen:

Completions working.

Environment:

• Output of grype-db version: latest release, 0.41.0, commit 72bbdd7
• OS (e.g: cat /etc/os-release or similar): Arch

This is a low priority, but I thought I would open the issue anyway for others if they come across the same thing.
