Planet ownership marked incorrectly

In cases where the ground is one faction and space is another, the editor defaults to the space faction who doesn't own the planet

Example: In Rimward, Nar Shaddaa is marked as Trade Fed in the GC editor

However in game Hutts actually control the planet, with a trade fed force blockading the planet

Same case for Ryndellia. Editor marks it as GAR, but Independent forces control it

Think the only way to resolve this would be to have the GC Editor parse all of the unit XML (including through variant chains) to work out what object types are ground or space, and then filter out space units in the __getPlanetOwner function (unless the planet is space-only of course!)

At the moment __getPlanetOwner just returns the owner of the first row that was loaded into the starting forces table from the parsed GC starting forces or the starting forces library (depending on case).
