Remove yourself as a watcher

Function https://github.com/ankitpokhrel/jira-cli/blob/main/internal/cmd/issue/watch/watch.go allows a watcher to be added to an issue, but the structure seems to only allow the addition of a user.

I'd like to remove myself as a watcher from an issue. Is there a way that I'm not seeing?
