Yes. This project does not seem to support API tokens with Scope, which is documented here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/

For API tokens with scope, add a --cloud-id field and prepare requests to {{https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/{cloudId}}, instead of individual domain names
