Keybdindings for switching project override default browser controls for switching tabs

Description

Somebody bound Cmd+1, Cmd+2, etc to switching projects. Those are used for switching tabs on Mac.

Steps to reproduce

• Run oencode web
• In the browser, press Cmd+1 or Cmd+2
• Opencode steals the keypress and the active tab doesn't change.
