Claude opus models don't work after 1.3.0

Description

Step to reproduce:

1. Install version higher than 1.3.0+
2. Run opencode models --refresh
3. Run opencode, ask

Result:

429 error from API (AI_APICallError)

Expected result:

Answer from the model.

PS:

For some reason, works with all models except opus 4.5+

Temporary fix:

• add to array of plugins - opencode-anthropic-auth@0.0.13
