Expand 'How to integrate Apify' playbook with billing and whitelabel access info

Context

Discussed at the Integrations team roadmap (Apr 22). Jan Curn flagged that the integration playbook needs to be expanded so that anyone (or any agent) can build a high-quality, on-brand Apify integration from a single guide.

Problem

The integration guidance is currently split across two locations:

• Docs: https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/integrate
• Notion: Guide: How to execute Apify Actors with restricted access

Key topics like billing handling and whitelabel access are missing or scattered.

Proposed changes

Expand the existing How to integrate Apify docs page to include:

• How to handle billing for integrations
• Whitelabel access setup
• Consolidate the Notion guide content into the docs page
• Optionally: include DX Heroes' integration experience/learnings
