Hi folks,

Just merged a large update. Lots of work done on the shell and prompt. I've updated notes.md, which is also displayed in the app.

I'm looking for early feedback on usability. I'd like Toad to be intuitive and easy to operate via the keyboard. If you can think of ways to improve that, let me know.

Figured out what was going on. In macOS I was adding "+o interactive" to the shell to prevent it from writing the prompt. That wasn't working on Linux, I assume because that isn't a standard switch.

I've pushed an update to main that takes an alternative approach for Linux. Works for me on Ubuntu, although it inserts an unwanted new line after the input.

Definitely not the final word on this issue. I suspect I may end up doing some OS / shell sniffing to pick the appropriate approach.

I don't know if it's specific to Toad or just a general Textual thing, but for instance in Toad when I open settings with f2, and I click on the drop-down menu for models, I need to hit esc twice to get back to the "main page". It would be nice if clicking somewhere on the main page would get me there, as it's often the case on the web.
