Steps to reproduce
I have Backup Reminder enabled, and it used to work, but I no longer get the big red banner at the top of the main screen after adding a new credential.
This issue started on my old phone, a DOOGEE V20 Pro running Android 12. I copied the app and all its data over to my new OnePlus and the issue is still occurring there.
I really love this app and appreciate how well it works overall, and how many quality-of-life features it has!

Reminder banner appears
