Even more advanced numbering

Hello again. Numbering in Word documents is a complicated issue, often not solved at all in parsers. I created a document for you, with a real word example of complex numbering of paragraphs. I don't expect you to focus on this issue, because it is really hard, but it gives you a good test set for the future.

First a big THANK for this project!

I had a similar question. I think my issue is indeed related to section numbering, but could expand to structure and style which are somehow merged in Word in Style tab.
Generally I tend to ask my colleags to use Style (Title 1, Title 2, normal paragraph) for structuring the documents for eventual extraction or conversion.

Say I have the following document, which I enclose. I set invisible chars on.

Doxx produces

with no headings, or section numbering. Markdown output is also wrong.

Pandoc respects the structuration:

## Title 1.1 (style Title 2)

Normal paragraph

Sorry for adding another issue (bad practice!), but I had included it in the same document. I had added a table as I saw that new lines where not respected. I don't know what the newline char is in Word!
People liking tables, I have to stretch a lot to avoid multiline borders and the view becomes unreadable.

And for some reasons, the table generated by doxx has 2 lines.
