Config file missing in info command

When running `mactool info` and the file `~/.mactool.yaml` is missing the output is:
```bash
$ mactool info    
Configuration file path: 
 

Configuration file variables loaded:
 No variables defined.
```
It should be:
```bash
$ mactool info       
Configuration file path: 
 No configuration file exists.

Configuration file variables loaded:
 No variables defined.
```
