Serial ports do not update when connected port is unplugged.

Description:
SerialTerminal does not disconnect or throw an error when connected port is unplugged. Also the list of serial ports does not update.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to a serial device.
2. Remove serial device.

Processings serial.list() function currently does update when serial cable is disconnected.
The jSerialComm library can detect serial disconnects and is compatible with processing.
