When running psortb on fastas that include a " >" in the fasta header (which does not sound like a good practice anyways, but is the case for some proteins downloaded from uniprot), psortb fails with the error "MSG: Got a sequence without letters. Could not guess alphabet". Removing the ">" fixes the issue.
