您好，我尝试安装remotes，但总是遇到一些问题：
已经安装了remotes，但运行emotes::install_github("GuangchuangYu/nCov2019", dependencies = TRUE)之后提示：
Error: Failed to install 'nCov2019' from GitHub:
(converted from warning) unable to access index for repository https://cran.rstudio.com/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.5:
cannot open URL 'https://cran.rstudio.com/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.6/PACKAGES'
我以为是版本问题，于是重新安装了3.5.3,但还是得到一样的错误提示。
我是在澳洲，不知道这是不是因为在国外的原因所以无法访问到？希望论坛的大牛们，在空余之时，能够给予一些帮助。谢谢
