FEATURE-REQUEST: Turn based diffs overlayed on-top of the overall git diff

Might be out of scope for this plugin, but would be cool to see like a BLUE highlighted section for diffs per turn during back and forths with models, while maintaining the overall GREEN RED diffs of the current staged commit.

Maybe make it a flag. Right now I have my agent just committing each turn and squashing with a final overall diff review.

That's a very interesting idea! I'll explore this a bit, and see what I can come up with. But I love the idea of having the ability to mark a diff as understood / reviewed, then iterating until everything is in a place that meets requirements.

@zitongcharliedeng in #38 I've added an experimental /diff --turn-based feature that allows you to mark reviewed hunks with M which is rendered as a blue background. This allows you to more incrementally review changes. Open to feedback if you get the chance to experiment with it.
