The RAGAS metrics is not working

I looked into this and the root cause does seem to be a function signature mismatch: capture_metric_type() now requires in_component, but the RAGAS metric code is still calling it without that argument. I’ll try to reproduce locally and can open a fix if this understanding is correct.

I’ve opened a PR for this here: PR_LINK
The change updates the capture_metric_type(...) call sites in ragas.py to include the required in_component argument introduced in the new telemetry signature.
Happy to make any further changes if needed.
