How are you closing the trust gap for autonomous agents in production?

We’ve been framing Cordum as a control plane / safety layer that sits between LLM intent and production systems (policy-before-dispatch). I’d love to hear how others are closing this “trust gap” in real deployments.

Questions:

• What’s your biggest blocker to letting agents execute writes in prod?
• What policies/approvals are must-haves?
• Where do you need more guardrails (rate limits, data access, auditability, etc.)?
