Automate the release

Like the libvirt driver, it is really painful to make the release: bump the version, tag it, make the bits locally (!!!), create the github release, upload the binaries.

It would be really helpful to have something.

Iirc go-releaser does not solve this, it would merely hide it because it would be automated?
