Properties window is light when in dark mode

Describe the bug
When opening a file or folders properties, the properties window is still in light mode, even though both Windows 11 and Explorer++ is set to dark mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Windows 11 to dark mode
2. Set Explorer++ to dark mode
3. Right click a folder or file and open properties
4. See properties window is light, not dark

Expected behavior
Properties window should be dark when in dark mode. I did the same test with Windows File Explorer, and the properties window does appear in a dark mode there.
