Describe the bug
When downloading a file, actions you try to preform get interrupted in the same folder that the file is being downloaded to. Presumably Explorer++ is refreshing the folder every 3-5 seconds or something, resetting the scroll bar and interrupting you from renaming files?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download a large (multi-part?) file like a Twitch VOD with YT-DLP for example
- Go to the folder the file is being downloaded
- Try to rename files or scrolling down in that folder
- See that you get interrupted while renaming and the scroll bar position gets reset
Expected behavior
Be able to continue performing actions in the same folder with Explorer++ while tasks like downloads are happening in the background.

Version (please complete the following information):
- Explorer++ version: 1.5.0.2777 dev (64-bit build)
- OS: Windows 11
Additional context
A caveat is that Windows File Explorer has the same issue with renaming being interrupted, but does not have the same issue with the scroll bar position being reset.
